Each season, the team at the Pantone Color Institute create the Fashion Color Trend Report; an easily accessible guide to the seasons most important color trends in fashion and design. Included in the Spring 2018 color palette are “Ultra Violet” and “Pink Lavender”…both a distinct shade of purple that charm and convey originality. Along with these two shades, are several other pastel-like colors that make for dramatic mixing and playful combinations…pretty much defining todays look.
These colors can be tricky to wear during the winter months and in between seasons, but this cropped knit detailed in a multi-color “Whatever” patchwork seems to be the key in bringing them together.
