These black jeans detailed in ruffles from the knee to the floor are probably one of the coolest sample sale finds ever. The ruffles are so chic and girly. Pieces like this are my favorite because they are so unique and it is difficult to find similar items. On top I went with a sleek jacket with a soft leopard-printed for a polished look.
