The notion that everything has two sides served as the thought-provoking starting point for Jun Takahashi’s spring ’18 Undercover collection. Undercover is a bold, daring, and a fresh luxury streetwear brand.
A bleeding rose adds a hint of this signature style to a cropped sweatshirt, while the back makes a graphic statement "The Overlock Hotel" and 327....referencing the infamous horror movie The Shining.
He describes his style as "cute but scary, beautiful but ugly" and it couldn't be more accurate. Each piece inspired by a dark 'place' is finished so beautifully, you would never second guess where the idea originally came from.
Fashion is SO much more than just the clothes you put on your body. The creativity and research and artistic talent that go into creating a collection is so extraordinary.
Have you ever researched who/what you are wearing?
