You guys know by now, I LOVE a good graphic tee. They pretty much always ‘up’ an outfit automatically, and this one by Saint Laurent is definitely no different. I first had my eye on it before NYFW when I was shopping in Barney’s for shoes and saw it on the mannequin. Earlier in the day, I had just purchased these trousers, and THEN I saw these red Prada calf-hair boots…and just like that...I had this outfit in my mind and it was not going anywhere.
The loose fitting boyfriend tee is detailed with the label’s logo and a pair of smoking lips. I bought it in a size small to have it a little oversized and I just think it is the coolest, especially paired with these oversized trousers by Zimmermann. The “Maples Wide Leg Pants” are available on the brand site… however, I was unable to directly link the product (hence the site link). Designed in a high-waisted and pleated striped twill... the bottoms give you that extra flow when you are on the go. I should also mention, they come with a matching wide tie belt with buttons. I didn’t wear it with this outfit because it didn’t sit right with the tee and gave it a different vibe.
I do not have an easy time finding pants that fit me without requiring alterations, but when I tried this pair on they sat perfect everywhere, which is why I bought them right away. Although this outfit is on the pricey side, these are pieces I know I will wear over and over again.
